When will I receive my order?
We know how eager you are to receive your order and we work hard for it to reach its destination as soon as possible. You will receive your order 2-3 weeks after its confirmation.
Do you ship orders to all countries?
The delivery system is currently prepared for shipping orders to anywhere in Europe. However if you live in another continent, please contact us and we will study the possibility of shipping you the order to where you wish to receive it.
How much are the delivery costs?
We have tried to keep the delivery cost as low as possible and you will therefore receive your order to your home or to someone's home, if you wish to give our products away to someone, at a cost of only 5.50 EUR.For orders over 50 EUR, delivery will be totally FREE!
We also offer a discount of 15% off your first order.
Is it safe to purchase in NYBILOSHOP?
You can pay with your credit card or debit card. Simply enter your card details and a secure payment gateway with your bank will immediately be established.
Remember that we also use one of the most secure payment platforms that exists, Paypal. If you have an active account, you can pay through the Paypal system. This payment option will also be processed immediately and with full guarantee of security.
Can I pay in cash on delivery?
Indeed! Just select this payment method at the time of the purchase. You will pay the courier the products in cash at the time of delivery of your order.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes, definitely! By selecting this payment method, you will receive an email with the account number to which you should transfer the amount. Clearly indicate your name and order number when making a bank transfer and remember that you must do the transfer within three working days after the completion of your order.
Bank transfers usually take between 24 and 48 hours to be displayed on our account. For this reason it'll take a day or two extra to receive your order.
Unfortunately, if after 7 days from placing your order, we have not received the bank transfer, the order will be automatically cancelled and you will have to make the order again.
Can I return my order?
We process returns always when the product is delivered to you in bad shape and if you request the return within 14 days after you have received the order.
To make your refund you must fill in the form designed for this purpose, under "History and Order Details" on your account. Tick the box of the product you want to return and indicate the reason for the return. Then print the form and send it back to us along with the product.
Remember that you can only return products in their original packaging and the delivery cost will run at your expense.
You cannot return customised products.
We check all our products before delivery but during the shipping process, contingencies may arise that alter the quality of the product
Still, we remind you that NYBILO works with natural leather, which is submitted to the minimum possible processes Bear in mind that the natural leather colour is not homogeneous and our design, details and elaboration always respect the original appearance of the leather.
Can I request a change?
Naturally. If you want to request a change, we are happy to accept this, provided that the product is sent back to us in its original packaging. In this case, whatever the total amount is, the delivery cost will run at your expense.
